A great destination for an afternoon wander and ice-cream.

By Albert Bridge

Groomsport is a small village East of Bangor.  The car park at Harbour Road offers excellent access to a fairly coarse sand beach.  The waters edge is protected by low, rocky outcrops that make interesting rockpools at low tide.
